- 1 cup beef broth (or vegetable broth)
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp ground cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional, to balance acidity)
Instructions:
1. Sauté the Vegetables
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
