Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (or mango, lemon, etc.)
- 1/4 cup sugar (or a sweetener of choice)
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
- Prepare the fruit: If using strawberries or mango, wash, peel (if needed), and cut the fruit into small pieces. For lemon, squeeze the juice.
- Make the syrup: In a small saucepan, heat the water and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Set it aside to cool.
- Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the fruit and cooled syrup. Blend until smooth.
- Freeze the mixture: Pour the blended mixture into a shallow container and freeze for about 2-3 hours. Stir every 30 minutes to prevent ice crystals from forming.
- Serve: Once frozen, scoop out the sorbet into bowls and enjoy!
