  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients: In a small saucepan, combine the coconut or almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and sweetener (if using). Whisk together until well blended.
  2. Heat the mixture: Place the saucepan over medium heat and gently heat the mixture. Do not let it boil; instead, heat until steaming.
  3. Whisk well: Continue whisking for 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors and create a frothy texture.
