Flavorful Vegan Tacos

Vegan Tacos Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges (for serving)
  • Salsa (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the black beans and lentils in a pan, adding cumin and chili powder for flavor.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the bean and lentil mixture.
  4. Top with avocado slices, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cilantro.
  5. Serve with lime wedges and your favorite salsa.
