Classic Guacamole with Crispy Tortilla Chips

Ingredients:

For the Guacamole:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Tortilla Chips:

  • 200g store-bought tortilla chips (or homemade, if preferred)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Guacamole:
    • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
    • Mash the avocados with a fork to your desired consistency (smooth or chunky).
    • Add the lime juice, diced tomato, chopped onion, and cilantro.
